Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i Built-In Grill with Rotisserie Back Burner The Echelon E660i Fire Magic grill has taken premium grilling to the next level. This grill is powered by Fire Magic's exclusive stainless steel "E" series burners, giving you up to 75,000 BTUs of cooking power over three isolated cooking zones that let you cook at different temperatures. You can equip your grill with either three stainless steel burners, three infrared burners, or two stainless steel and one infrared burner. You can also choose to outfit your grill with a Magic View Window that lets you check on your food without lifting the hood. This built-in grill also comes with a 19,000 BTU infrared back burner and rotisserie kit that includes a super high torque motor, spit rod, two meat prongs, and a counterbalance. It has a double wall teardrop style seamless hood, a heavy gauge stainless steel warming rack, and a wood chip smoker drawer with a dedicated 3,000 BTU burner. This unit is also equipped with a digital thermometer with meat probe, back-lit safety knobs, internal 12V halogen lights that let you cook at night, and a push-button hot surface ignition that fires up in any weather. This grill operates on your choice of natural gas ( NG ) or propane ( LP ). The LP unit is powered by a 20 lb. cylinder ( not included ) and it comes with a hose and regulator. This unit also requires 110V for the lights, rotisserie, and other components.
